A new study says that people who take selfies could be more happy than people who don’t.
A study was done with 41 students. They were asked to track their moods over four weeks. The students were put into three groups: group one was asked to take a smiling selfie every day, group two took pictures of things that made them happy, and group three took photos of things they thought might put other people in a better mood.
After the study was done they found out that all three groups had an increase in happiness.
The selfie group was more confident, comfortable, and creative. That wasn’t what we expected, and 41 people is a very small focus group if you ask us.
